Thank you for shopping at Catearcotton! We’re committed to delivering your stylish, comfortable clothing and accessories to you safely and efficiently. Please read our shipping policy below to understand how we process and ship your orders.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Because many of our items—such as our large-size fashion pieces—are lovingly handcrafted, some products may require additional processing time. If your item is made to order or requires extra care, we’ll notify you via email with an estimated timeline.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note: Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Fridays or over the weekend will begin processing on the next business day (Monday, excluding holidays).

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your package.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates provided by our shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.

International Shipping

Yes, we ship worldwide! We’re delighted to share our handmade creations with customers around the globe.

  • Standard International: 7–21 business days
  • Express International: 3–7 business days

Please Note for International Customers:

  • Customs & Duties: You are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees charged by your country. These are not included in our shipping costs and vary by country. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
  • Delivery Times: International shipments may experience delays due to customs processing, which is beyond our control.
  • Tracking: Tracking information is provided for all international orders. However, once the package leaves our country, tracking updates may be less frequent depending on the destination's postal service.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Your tracking number
  • A link to track your package
  • The carrier’s name

You can also track your order at any time by visiting our Track Your Order page.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Shipping Carriers

We partner with reliable carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Depending on your location and selected shipping method, we may use:

  • Domestic: Royal Mail, USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL
  • International: DHL Express, FedEx International, UPS Worldwide, Asendia

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order leaves our studio. This email will include your tracking number and instructions for following your package’s journey.

If you haven’t received your shipping confirmation within 5 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder and then contact us at catearcotton@outlook.com.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We ship to the address provided with your order and cannot be responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses. If you realize you’ve entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately at catearcotton@outlook.com, and we’ll do our best to correct it before your order ships.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages: If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your order, please check with neighbors, your local post office, and any secure delivery locations first. If you still can’t locate your package, contact us within 7 days, and we’ll help you file a claim with the carrier.

Stolen Packages: Catearcotton is not responsible for stolen packages after delivery confirmation. If you live in an area where package theft is a concern, we recommend shipping to a secure location or selecting a signature-required delivery option.

Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at catearcotton@outlook.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • A brief description of the damage

Holiday Shipping

During peak seasons (such as Christmas, New Year, and special promotions), please allow extra time for processing and delivery. We recommend placing your orders early to ensure arrival by your desired date. Holiday cutoff dates will be announced on our website and social media channels.

Pre-Orders & Backorders

Occasionally, popular items may be available for pre-order or may be temporarily backordered. If you purchase a pre-order item, the estimated shipping date will be clearly stated in the product description and at checkout. Your entire order will ship when all items are available unless you choose to split shipments (additional fees may apply).
